How To Get A Flat Stomach in 1 Month

  • We all want to have a FLAT TUMMY, but how do we eat ourselves to achieve this? Follow these simple tips, and you will be advising your friends in how you got a flatter stomach.
  • 1 - Drink Plenty of Water: Keeping hydrated is a key point in getting a flatter stomach, and healthier digestive system.
  • 2 - Smaller Portions: By eating smaller portions throughout the day will help your body to digest more easily which will help in achieving a flatter stomach and a smaller waistline.
  • 3 - Omega 3 Fatty Acids: By including omega 3 fatty acids will decrease inflammation, reduce risk of obesity, regulates metabolism rate and will help tone your tummy. Avocados, ground flax seeds, tuna, Salmon, walnuts, soybeans, shrimp, Brussels sprouts are all good sources of Omega 3 Fatty Acids.
  • 4 - Citrus Food: Increase the intake of citrus, such as oranges and grapefruit, as these act as a natural diuretic and contain lots of Vitamin C and antioxidants.
  • 5 - Yoghurt: Incorporate yoghurt into your daily routine diet, as the healthy bacteria will provide a healthier digestive system, reduce bloating and gas that may occur.
